Rentals include all services, and where applicable, cots and highchairs (if reserved at the time of booking). Lettings commence at 3.00pm on the day of arrival, ending at 10.00am on the day of departure.
All bed linen and towels are changed after the 4th night, with full cleaning after the 7th night; should you require more frequent services, additional charges will apply.

The Coastal Apartments are located above the seafront with fantastic views of the Exe Estuary and the Devonshire coastline with rolling hills as far as the eye can see! Each have recently been refurbished to a luxurious standard, so whatever the purpose of your stay is... rest assured your comfort is guaranteed.

In addition to the Coastal Apartments, we also have our Town Apartments.

Exmouth boasts a wonderfully scenic train route to Exeter. The train station itself is only a few minutes away and Exeter airport a short drive.

The Royal Beacon Hotel is 150 yards away from the town apartments and offers breakfast, lunch and a choice of dinner menus from two superb restaurants to all apartment guests, who may also use the bar facilities.

Reception at the Royal Beacon Hotel is staffed between 8.00am and 10.00pm, 7 days a week.
For initial apartment access, keys must be collected within these hours unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing. A Duty Manager is available by telephone outside these hours.
