• Daily Newspaper (including delivery) £2.00 (£3.00 Sunday)
• Cot & High Chair: £4.00 per rental (1 FOC)
• Additional Daily Apartment cleaning (exc. kitchen): £16.00
• Additional Daily Apartment cleaning (inc. kitchen): £20.00

To make a confirmed booking we require the following:

• Your full name and address, a valid credit/debit card.
• The total number of adults and/or children in your party and their names.
• If children are included in the party, any travel cot/high chair requirements.
• In the case of the Coastal Apartments, is the 2nd bedroom to be a twin or a double bed.
• The arrival date (from 3pm), duration of stay and departure date (vacate by 10am).
• A Minimum of 25% of the total rental rate (only applicable if booked more than 30 days in advance).
• The balance of rental is due 30 days or less before the date of arrival.
• A £100 (minimum) Security/Damage Bond (refundable 48 hours after departure).
• If the booking is made less than 30 days before the day of arrival, both the full rental rate and the security/damage bond is due at the time of booking. The security/damage bond is non negotiable.
